By accessing or using the TS True Serenity Tea® Ritual Concierge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is a guided tea ritual discovery experience operated by TS True Serenity Tea®. It provides personalized tea recommendations, ritual guidance, a sommelier chat, newsletter subscriptions, and a gift-sending feature.
The App links to products available on trueserenitytea.com, a separate Shopify storefront. All purchases are subject to that store's terms and conditions.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to send spam, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access to any system, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.
By subscribing to The Ritual Review newsletter, you consent to receive weekly email communications from TS True Serenity Tea®. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or submitting a deletion request through the App.
When sending a ritual gift through the App, you represent that you have the recipient's consent to share their email address for the purpose of delivering the gift. TS True Serenity Tea® will use recipient information solely to deliver the requested gift email.
All content within the App — including text, images, ritual descriptions, affirmations, and editorial content — is the property of TS True Serenity Tea® and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TS True Serenity Tea® does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Tea ritual guidance and recommendations are for wellness and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TS True Serenity Tea® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
