TS True Serenity Tea® operates the Tea Ritual Concierge App ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Newsletter subscriptions: When you subscribe to The Ritual Review, we collect your email address and the date of subscription.
Gift sending: When you send a ritual gift, we collect your name, email address, the recipient's name and email address, your personal message, and the desired delivery date.
App ratings & feedback: If you rate the App, we collect your star rating, optional comment, and optional email address.
Locally stored data: Your journal entries, ritual streak, and quiz history are stored only on your device using your browser's local storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
We use your information to: send The Ritual Review weekly newsletter (subscribers only); deliver ritual gift emails to recipients you designate; respond to your feedback and support requests; and improve the App experience.
We do not use your personal information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We use Gmail / Google Workspace via SMTP to send emails. Your email address is transmitted to Google's mail servers for delivery purposes only, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
We do not use tracking cookies. The App uses your browser's local storage solely to save your personal journal entries, ritual streak, and quiz history on your own device. This data never leaves your browser.
Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Gift recipient data is retained for 30 days after delivery, then purged. App ratings are retained indefinitely in aggregated form.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; and data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, use the "Delete My Data" section of the App or email info@trueserenitytea.com. We will respond within 30 days.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us immediately.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the revision date at the top of the policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
